For teens and their parents, getting ready for and going to the junior and senior prom can be quite stressful, costly and quite frankly very unoriginal! It seems that typical prom fashions often tend to make everyone look like they all shopped at the same stores! Well, Diane McNease, a young teen from Michigan, wasn't having any of that and came up with a plan to make her dress like no other! Denise made her prom dress out of 18,000 Starburst candy wrappers! It wasn't an easy task, however! It took a year and a half to collect all the wrappers and 5 months to create it!
