Trends for Him S/S 2017: The Male Romper! DOPE or NOPE?

Last week my Facebook and Twitter timelines had me cracking up with all the hilarious commentary, memes, and headlines about the supposedly NEW rompers for men! Well, fashionistas, I'm here to tell you that there's absolutely nothing NEW about the male romper except the ridiculously crazy name, "RompHim" the founders of ACED (Alex, Chip, Elaine, and Daniel) Design came up with to launch their new kickstarter campaign! The truth is men have been wearing rompers, which are simply shorter versions of the original jumpsuit worn by pilots, as well as parachuters/skydivers, since the 60's and 70's! Male rompers are comfortable, really easy to wear, but just like any other fashion trend, not for EVERYBODY! And contrary to popular belief, the male romper is available in many different styles, designs, and fabrics, not just the super short, pastel colored ones you've probably been seeing online lately. Trends for Him and Her S/S 2017: Stripes Hype!

Fashionistas, you've got to get hyped about STRIPES! Stripes were all over the S/S 2017 catwalks during fashion weeks and are now one of the easiest and most wearable trends of the season for men and women. You can get in on the trend with head to toe striped looks, separates that'll look dope with items already in your closet, striped footwear, and all kinds of accessories. I'm feeling the stripes vibe, so here are some of my favorite striped looks to hopefully help you feel it, too!
