Swingy skirts are a fun trend just right for all the young "girlie girls" out there in fashionistaland! They can be dressed up with heels or down with your favorite black leather jacket and booties. The ones made out of cottons and silks, with knife or inverted pleats, are recommended for the best movement or "swing". Here are a few I found. What do you think? Hot or not?
