Brown Paper Bag Style!

Hey, make sure you don't throw away those brown paper bags after grocery shopping or lunch today! Why, you ask? Well, it turns out that recently, believe it or not, they have become a big commodity in the fashion industry to create garments and accessories. By covering a vintage jacket with glued on brown paper bags covered in varnish, and duct tape, designer Aki Goto created this paper bag jacket pictured here! The price? A whopping $480! So... what do you think? Hot or not?

Jacket Wars! On Purpose or Just a Coincidence?

Drake and Jim Jones

If you didn't know already, Drake is a fashion designer, and so is Jim Jones! The problem is they are both selling similar very hot bomber jackets!

Drake's OVO x Canada Goose Chilliwack jacket (shown above), which sells for $4000, has a buffalo leather exterior, silk lined interior (printed with the OVO owl motif), a snorkel hood with a removable fox fur trim and 24-karat gold plated hardware. Wow! The jacket became available for purchase on December 28, 2011 in Tokyo, Osaka, in Drake's hometown, and of course, New York.

Jones's black leather bomber jacket (shown above), made from less expensive materials, sells for $175 and to me does look a lot like Drake's jacket in every

detail except for the hood.

You know this has got some people wondering if this was actually done on purpose to boost ratings on Jone's reality show, "Love and Hip Hop" or just a coincidence! What do you think?
